Let's just say, I'm not the skinniest person ever. I've tried multiple diets and none of them work. I can go a few days without eating and that's what I do. I'll skip a few days, eat for one, skip a few more, eat for one, and so on. I'm only 14 years old, and I know I shouldn't care what others think. and I don't. I just want a body I can be proud of.

well Don't stop eating because that is the worst thing you could do. also if you truly didn't care about what others think than why are you worried about having some extra weight?

We all have to learn to accept ourselves for ourselves. because we're never going to be exactly what we want to be. so we just have to accept it. why is it so bad to be you ? and why can't you be proud of your body? be proud of your body because its your body and no one else's, and that's what makes you unique and thats a good thing.

A few more details please? Just a little about your diet and exercise habits. I'll try to point out areas where you can make improvements. It's more important to eat healthy than to eat a little, so please start eating daily again. Eat little snacks and meals throughout the day, rather than three huge ones, and pay attention to when you feel full.

First of all, no wonder those "diets" are not working. Starving yourself and your body of nutrition doesn't work. When you don't eat, your body feeds off fat stored in fat cells, but then when you crack and eat again, those fat cells want to replenish themselves, so guess where that food goes.
If you want to lose weight, you do need to eat, but they key is watching what and how much you eat. Drinking up to eight glasses of water a day combined with exercise, and you should lose weight, as long as you have the willpower to stick with what I said above.
Ask your doctor to refer you to a nutrionist, and perhaps draw up and food and exercise plan.
Also, you have to basically work you ass off "to get a body you can be proud of". And please don't say you've "tried", past tense, saying you're trying and damn well keep doing it, and you will achieve the results you want.

If you want a body you can be proud of, join a gym.
when ever you freak out about weigh issues, work it off @ a gym, the adrenilne is more of an amazing feeling than not eating will ever provide + you'll be working your body into great shape and will look great!
