I kinda think so as I shave then after a few times shaving pubes seem to get thicker but I really cannnot be sure cos I just keep shaved.

No. It doesn't :) there's a myth that says shaving hair will do that, but it's only a myth. If it were true, there'd be no bald guys and adult men would all have faces like Sasquatch.

What that is, is when a hair starts growing it's thin at the top and thick at the bottom. pubic hairs fall out after they get so long and that's why they don't grow down to your feet. When pubic hair is shaved, most of the hairs get shaved in the middle of their growth span, so when they start appearing again, most hairs are all at their thickest point, so it all looks thicker.
