Relapse

I was free for so long. I went to the asylum back last year like half way through and I haven't done it since a week before then, and the other day I decided to put an exacto knife in my arm. I just poked it in, but it felt so good. now today I did it in the bathroom at school where I could get caught. I wasn't trying to, I just needed it really badly.

Not your fault, it isn't easy just stopping cold turkey. It's like any other kind of addiction, relapses might happen. I've relapsed about two times, but since then I've been doing good. With time you'll heal.

It's okay to have a relapse, as long as it doesnt go back into a full blow addiction. If it's just these 2 times, then you should be fine. If it seems like now you have to cut more frequently again you might have to start from the begining. This time maybe try a different approach to quitting, maybe the butterfly method, or the rubber band method. Thoes are the 2 that worked the best for me. Good luck!
