VT HQ FAQ sticky

The VT HQ FAQ sticky needs updating. For example, the question about the reputation system needs to be changed. Instead of the question of what to do about unfair rep, it should be "What happened to the reputation system?" Not that it will prevent people from asking all the questions that the FAQ answers...

Seeing as most new members don't bother to read it, I don't think it's some dire problem honestly. I'll go edit it now, but yea, it's not terribly pressing imo :P

Can't there be some notice box when creating a thread in the VT HQ to remind people to read the FAQ in case their question might get answered? And also ask them to use the search function.

I think the smarter thing to do is to have it say "(if reputation has been enabled)" before it explains anything about rep. People are going to ask both ways, so when they ask we can just say "it's disabled."

I guess it could be but I don't think it will make much of a difference.

Yeah, you're right. It seems like no one ever reads it, and therefore they ask a question that's answered in the sticky :/

People actually read the FAQ? Yeah, I think this would be a good idea, but people never refer to the FAQ before asking questions.
