Recommendations for Guitars

So I'm getting a guitar for my birthday in a couple months. Any recommendations on what type of guitar to get?
I'm looking for an acoustic, with a non-gloss finish.

I know! The one I have right now, a third hand Hohner, has a gloss finish. My dad's one, a Tanglewood, doesn't though. It's a paler colour than my own.

I have a classical Yamaha C40. Sounds nice, but it sounds deep.

Tanglewood's are good plus they're not overly expensive and there are loads without gloss finishes
