Only you know why you'd feel a certain way, Ben. But, I'd guess that masturbation is new to you, so maybe the unfamiliarity of it is causing your reaction. As you get used to it, and what happens, you'll get more comfortable with it.

Yeh if your new to masturbation you can feel guilty when looking at porn cause its something that your not used to but eventually you do start to enjoy watching porn more

If it's really causing you stress, you can always stop looking at pornographic material.
As for masturbation, it's a natural part of growing up and self-discovery, and it's actually good for your mind and body, as it releases endorphins ("feel good" chemicals in your brain) that relieve stress. Try to just relax a bit more. :)
