Ok so i was wondering how you would figure out what size cup to buy. I am 7.5 in and a waist of 32

:D Should be an adult medium on most brands but just check the back of the packaging to be sure. It has not so much to do with dick size as waist size. Hope it helps dude and if you need anymore info on them just ask. As you can tell by my name they are kinda my thing haha :P

size and fit varies so much - I actually now trim the sides of my fav cup - guess you just have to see what makes and sizes you can get and try and avoid buying on line

ya true.. some fit better than others. they should not be loose tho as their suppose to lift and support your stuff.

here's a great way to figure out a good size. stick your hand in the pouch (while you are wearing the jockstrap) and if it's not too tight, it's a good fit.

ya waist size is all you need to know. If its a good brand they have a better stretch pouch. For me the bike's are probably the most comfortable.

32 inch waist, you are into adult size. I take it that 7.5 is the size of your erect penis. That doesn't figure into in cup size neither does flaccid penis size. Best bet is to find your waist size and then take a look at the cups, some sell them separately. Only way you are going to find out which one you like is to buy one and try it for a while. They are not that expensive.. Jocks are basically to protect your balls, cups give added protection
