I haven't eaten breakfast for years...
I usually eat 1.5 meals a day.
Dinner, and a small lunch.
I'm still fat. I exercise a lot.
But Idk if it's healthy. I'm pretty messed up anyway, so Idk really. Guess it doesn't matter that much.

I grab a protiene bar when I can; but other than that, I am just not hungary in the morning. If you have been no eating breakfast for years, and nothing has gone wrong ---- not that anything would, you're fine.

Same, that's even if I eat lunch either. I'm normally not hungry for somewhere between 4-7 hours after I wake up so I only eat 1-2 meals a day. When i am hungry I eat a lot though

I've skipped breakfast the whole time I was at school. But now that I'm home, my mom won't permit me to skip (unless she's not present in the morning). However, I can get away with just drinking milk.

Skipping breakfast is unhealthy and some studies conclude that it leads to gains in weight
I have cereal in the morning

I eat something very morning, maybe just toast some days, and feel better all day. When I skip i'm real lazy and can't concentrate

It's pretty unhealthy! I use to do it all the time last year, but now this year I always eat breakfast. It's extremely hard to focus in school when you haven't eaten breakfast and you just don't have the energy! You really should eat something in the morning! Because your last meal was dinner and you slept for a really long period without eating, so you need to eat something.

I've been pretty regularly skipping breakfast for years because I never had the time or opportunity to eat it. This is the first year where I've started actually eating something on a somewhat regular basis, but I feel guilty whenever I do.

I always have my cup of coffee and bowl of cereal every morning. :) When I skip breakfast I'm famished when lunch rolls around and have no energy in the morning.

It's unhealthy because it keeps your metabolism slow. Giving your body something to start your metabolism again, however small the something may be, is better than nothing. It wakes up your body to get to work processing your digestion and metabolism. If it doesn't fire up well, you won't process everything as well as your could, thus likely leading to weight gain.

I don't eat breakfast either. It's not overtly unhealthy, but as others have said it causes weight gain. Not only does your metabolism slow, not eating in the morning causes you to feel hungrier than you would be, thus you're going to want to eat more than you would have.
When I do eat breakfast, on rare occasion and it's usually a snack like apples, I feel more energized. Even just some toast is okay just to get you going.

To me, it's the most important meal of the day. I could go on without lunch or dinner if I have breakfast, but if I skip breakfast, I get tired and fatigued easily.
I can easily keep my weight steady and even lower it, by having a nice hearty breakfast.
Pita bread or toast with feta cheese dipped in olive oil and oregano greeted by black Spanish black olives and a nice bundle of herbs. Or a nice scrambled or a fried omelet with raspberry jam or a melon jam and maybe honey. Tea, milk tea or green.
That's definitely will fire me up in the morning, after a nice uhm.

I used to skip it all the time when I was in school because it gave me a stomach ache if I ate too soon after I woke up, but it was either eat right when I woke up, or wait til lunch because of school.
I wish I had been able to find the time though, because I might not weigh so much now if I had. As others have said, your metabolism is slow in the morning. If you eat a small, healthy meal for breakfast, it'll speed it up for when you have lunch. It's also been said to get your brain working better, and of course food gives you energy, so it'll be easier to get through your day.

I don't skip breakfast, just don't follow that chinese policy of eating lots in the morning, eating healthy at lunch, and eating little at dinner. For breakfast I never eat cereal because I'm lactose intolerant, which in turn makes me unable to drink milk, and I hate dry cereal. So tada.
For lunch I eat whatever school has, which is usually trash, and if I'm at home I eat grandma's great cooking :) I cook awesome too :)
And for dinner I stuff myself like a pig.

I have a different thing to eat every time during breakfast, usually arepas. I skipped breakfast a few times and felt like crap, my school offers a cereal bowl to anyone who hasn't had breakfast. Skipping breakfast IS unhealthy, since it gives you the energy for both your body and mind to use for the rest of the day. Sure you will function, but way slower.

I do it sometimes but it makes me want to eat more at lunch. I hear its not to good for your body not to eat first thing.

I skip breakfast sometimes if I'm running late for school. I try not to though, I usually just grab an apple on my way out

It's seriously bad for you. And I skip it like, all the time. Who has time to make breakfast? I hate eating in the morning anyway. I have orange juice and toast which is probably not good at all.
Seriously, I'm open to breakfast ideas. I'm sick of cereal though.
