I'm uncircumcised, and I have a really tight foreskin, when im flaccid it can go all the way back, but when erect it doesn't go back at all and if i try to it really hurts. Is this normal? Will I be able to have sex and stuff with it like this? And finally, guys that foreskin does go back, when you get a boner in your pants does it hurt when it rubs against boxers and stuff?

Hi, the condidtion is called Phimosis. Sometimes it's more tight than others. With practice and time (possibly several months), the skin can be streched. Don't over do it. Water (eg pulling it back in the shower or bath) can help, and if necessary, the doctor can provide cream. Circumsision is optional (and only needed in extreme cases). In terms of the pants bit, the head of the penis is sensitive, so can be a bit sore if rubbed in general.

ok well as you have pain - best get a doc to check you out.
all sorts of help there - it does not mean you need circumsised.

Mine doesn't go back at all really. It doesn't bother me at all usually but sometimes I worry that I won't be able to do the business for a girl and I'll be ashamed or embarrassed.

Best is to go see a doctor about it. They can give you a cream that helps loosen stuff or tell you if you should be circumcised.

yeah it's a pretty common thing, nothing to be ashamed or afraid of. just go and see a doc, the whole fix takes only a cpl of minutes and u can go free as far as I read. or if u dont want to see a doctor try using lots of lube and practise

Try pulling it back when flaccid, then try getting hard while it is still pulled back... hoped I help you...

Mine didn't go back either, then I noticed it could go back a little when soft but not hard. I was told to take a warm bath and gently stretch the skin. Sorta scary to do so I went really really slow but it's a lot better now.
