I did Relay for Life about a day and a half ago. It's an event where you stay up from 6 pm to 6 am and walk around a track to raise money for cancer. We were supposed to take turns walking, but I ended up walking a lot more than the rest of my team. While I was doing it, my ankles began to hurt (I have bad ankles anyway), but then it spread to my knees and hips. Even almost two days later, the back of my legs hurt extremely badly, mostly when I move, just above my knees. I'm not out of shape. I work out every day, sometimes twice a day, including cardio and lifting, so I'm just not sure what's causing this pain, or if it's safe for me to work out. Any ideas/suggestions?
