every people is different, but I guess around 5.5 to 7 is pretty normal...I repeat that not all have same size

Due to the fact that everyone develops at different rates and in different orders, it's hard to give an average size for a 16 year old. If I had to estimate it would be between 5-6 inches. If you are below this, there are no worries, you may just be a late bloomer. If you are above, congrats, its not that big a deal.

Everyone grows at a different rate through puberty. The average for an adult is between 5.1 and 5.9", so as long as you're somewhere near there you'll be fine. I'd say anything below 4" at an adult is small, up to about 6" is average, up to 7-7.5" is big and anything above that is extra large (Studies show only about 0.2% of men have a penis larger than 7.5").
