Okay, lately I haven't been able to eat much of my food at all. I take a few bites, finish some of the meat or a bit of the butternut or something like that and then I don't feel hungry.

I dunno why because about a month ago I could eat my weight in food (not literally but you get the idea) but since this month started, I don't want to eat as much, even if I am starving. One or two bites from each bit of my food and I am not hungry anymore.

Is my body telling me something or is it connected to some sort of mental disorder?

Please help!

You said that you don't want to eat as much, even if you are starving; this in itself is quite worrying. Changes in eating habits are often linked with stress or negative events in your life, consider whether anything significant has changed in your personal life that may be upsetting you at all (even if you don't realise it) I don't think that you have a mental disorder, but try and keep eating at least 3 proper meals a day :)

I started eating normally and excising, Eat normally, but exercise, like running, and push-ups, It will not make you fat, but also it will make you look a bit more attractive and stronger, and make you lose unneeded fat.....
