nothing! Some people can do it but a large majority of girls never squirt in their entire life. As long as you're having fun and enjoying yourself, who cares if you squirt?

Squirting a pretty huge turn on for me but girls may not be able to do it. If you really want to just look up videos or take the time to experiment.
