Okay, So I have this friend of mine who has a really big balls, judging from the bulge of his briefs (I think he wears bikini cut briefs or trunks cut briefs)... Everytime during P.E. Class, I kept on noticing it (Idk, if I'm the only one who notices it or my other classmates do too). He is an athletic person.

I have a normal size balls, not as big as his, not as small as a baby's, somewhere in the middle.

So My question is, How can I get bigger balls?
Does being athletic affect your sexual organs size?

His balls have likely just grown before yours have. Yours will grow eventually and will probably get to the same size as his. There's a massive difference between children's and an adult's testicle size, so his will just be further along than your's in growth.

You can't physically mod your ballsack. If you could, my nuts would be huge and mu cumshots would fill a house. But that's not the case. Your balls are your balls- they grow further and further in puberty. So, no. You can't do it yourself, let them grow on their own.
