I usually wear boxers and sometimes boxer briefs. When i wear boxer briefs you can see a bulge even if i'm not hard and i really don't like people seeing it. So i try to avoid that my parents see me just with boxer briefs and when we have p.e. in school i always wear boxers because i don't want people in the locker room to see my bulge. Am i the only one with this problem or what about you guys?
And: Sorry for my bad english :(

I understand feeling slightly uncomfortable with having a bulge but you really shouldn't. It's certainly nothing to be ashamed of ;)

Its not really somethin you can hide. Everybody knows that guys have buldges so why worry about it?

I don't worry about it. All guys have penises and most have some sort of bulge. It's something that all guys have and if they make fun of you, they don't have any room to talk. As for being in front of your parents in underwear, I personally don't do this just because it's embarrassing, it's like when your parents give you "the talk", that sort of awkward. But if I'm with friends or with a girl friend I really wouldn't care. I think it's mainly an age thing.
btw your english was fine

don't worry, you should glad you have the bulge, I know it is uncomfortable and people at school will laugh about it sometimes, but still take easy, nothing wrong with it. It is a part of growing up, take care.

I used to be that way but then I started to want to show it off. You're normal, everybody has a point of modesty.

I personally think Boxer Briefs are Awesome, It gives you that nice bulge down there and makes you say to the other dudes like 'Hey, I got a big one down there, what you got?' so yeah, Boxer Briefs are the Best! =)

I wear briefs and those will definitely show a bulge but then again I don't really mind. :p

Every boy has a bulge in some way and shape. I have the same problem as you in that mine's visible even when soft, but I dont worry about it as every person that I've seen in the changing room is the same, we have a laugh and a joke and get on with it. Ultimately, nothing anyone does can change it so just enjoy it- especially as it will give of the impression you've got a big'n.

I dont really mind about it and mine sticks out quite a bit compared to my friends. I usually wear boxer briefs because they are more supportive

a guy showing a bulge is no different than a girl showing cleavage.

ok locker room - its only a second or 2 to put on shorts - but if you are worried say dark colours hide a bulge a bit or looser fit as you say boxers -
You get used it I guess - jock or compression shorts is my choice so I just strip off and get changed.

I'm not at all like some of the posters here. I never cared about it and can't imagine why anyone would ever care in the locker room. It's a bulge. If that bothers you then being on a sports team is out of the question because they won't see a bulge of material. They'll see you naked every practice, every game.
So you guys seriously are or were concerned about being seen in your underwear? It's nothing. It's less revealing than getting out of pool in a wet swim suit! Been seen in your underwear is less than nothing and I'm surprised anyone ever had a concern. I must admit, I learn something new when I come to this site and this thread was an eye opener. Never woulda thought any dude would care. hmmm ya got me thinking...

Yeah I definitely know that you're right and I shouldn't be worried. It's just that I'm not that comfortable with my body and I'm also not that guy who gives a cool answer if someone is laughing or something like that.

I'm not even saying that you shouldn't worry. Worrying is a choice. I'm sure I worry about things that other people could care less about and I'm not trying to undermine you or your situation. Someone asked for our thoughts on the topic and I just couldn't relate is all. 32 team mates see me naked after every practice and game, so someone seeing me in my underwear just doesn't even register as something to be concerned abt because I've been seen or saw other dudes for years now.
Now ya got me thinking of the extreme case on your behalf. What if you didn't have any bulge? To me that would look more weird than having a small medium or large bulge because you're a guy, so there's gotta be something going on up front.
For example, I worry abt an upcoming test even if i'm ready for it, yet know guys who would never worry abt that whether they are ready or not. I think i worry because I believe if I work harder, I'll do better, so i do work harder. For body stuff like height, bulge or any other issue like that, I don't worry abt them cuz I can't work harder and make them better. TRust me, you're probably WAAAAAYYYYYY more normal than I am in probably every area of life, you're body etc. Never meant to make you feel bad about worrying about it.

It's ok that you don't want people seeing you but it is something every guy has I don't mind mine but in school but at home I don't like having it showing around my family.

You didn't make me feel bad, don't worry! I wrote this because I wanted to know your opinions and also hear something that maybe makes me worry less and I think that your words also helped me to get a bit more confident so I'm trying to be less shy about it from now on. :)

Maybe this will help. Here's the thing. We care more about our junk than other guys do. Just like they probably care more abt theirs than they do with what I've got going on in that area. Like, I know what what every dudes junk looks like on my team and I'm sure they do too cuz i see them look. There's a lot of us, 32, plus I there are some kids on track that shower and the whole baseball team. So, just on my team, there are big guys with both big and small packages and small guys with big and small packages. I don't think any less of the guys with small dicks or small balls and don't think guys that have more in that area are awesome or anything. The guys i like are guys like, period. There are a few guys i don't like or dislike, they are just kinda there and what they got between their legs just isn't a factor ... at all....in any way.
And trust me, no one says anything about what they see except for guys that are just weird people to begin with or if they think someone is getting a semi going. Even that's not the end of the world if ya go get dressed quickly as soon as ya notice. Now, most of us even make a joke abt our selves if we're just startin' to get a semi. NOT a semi, just the start. I/we will go, "Ahhghh I gotta go" and then leave the showers quickly and get dressed. Its like a guy code. We know why they're leaving, even if we're in the middle of a convo in the showers or dry off area, no one says anything about it, because someday IT WILL BE YOU is our view i think. So if ya feel it starting or even think it is, just get say "aaahhh I gotta go" and we know what ya mean, we won't say anything, so long as we don't have to see it. haha.
So to us or me, once ya have you're underwear on, you're pretty much invisible imo. I posted on that kind of locker room junk before if you feel like going through a bunch of posts.
So I can tell ya, from a TON of experience some guys bulge in his underwear, shorts, pants, swim trunks means less than zero to any of the guys on my team. So seriously, don't have major anxiety over your bulge cuz it could be much worse, like getting wood in the locker room. Haha.
