Anxiety

Everyone at work is convinced my co worker//best friend and I are dating. Which we pretty much are, just no officially. And everyone acts like we're the cutest thing ever.
I had a break down and started crying right in front of customers and my manager asked my co worker to take me into the break room to calm me down. He and I talked and about 15 minutes later we kissed, but it was just one peck on the lips and then a hug. A co worker saw us hugging but I don't know if she saw us kiss. But she goes "Awh you two lovebirds are so cute!" And then my manager walked past and our co worker stopped him and asked him if we made a cute couple and he said "you guys are really adorable" and then laughed.
I have 6 managers that I work with, and 4 of them are very nice and good people and they always tease us along with our coworkers about us dating. But the other two are very uptight and I feel like if we were dating and they knew they would be angry and try to give us write ups or fire us, even though one of them told both of us when we were hired that we could date co workers.
The thing that is concerning me is that my good friend works in a suit and tie serious company doing boring paperwork and he keeps saying if someone tells a manager we can get fired but I'm almost positive managers have seen us at least kiss on the cheek, and we never touch each other in front of in customers. Could we get fired? It's not like we kiss all the time at work this was the first time and my co worker just wanted me to feel better and cheer up..
