That's normal sometimes. With all the changes, your skin needs to be stretched to fit. It should happen eventually, but it's not the end of the world if it doesn't.

I'm 13 and uncut, i can open only 1/3 of penis head when erected and about 1/2 when soft but i heard it's normal too for my age

yes thats normal for foreskins to retract but a few boys wil not be able to retract.

You ask penis size in other posts - ok but we are all different do not get obsessed with other guys size - you have what you have.

Don't sweat too much dude, mine still cover the head when hard. 1" soft 4" hard. You are ok.

Normally you should be able to pul it back over. You should try stretching your foreskin. Search it on Google
