What could the new COD: Ghosts be about? Would you be like a spy? Anyone excited for it?

A new CoD already? I am not interested. When will people realize that all Call of Duty games are the SAME!?

I've only ever played Black Ops and Black Ops 2, but I'm excited. I like BO2, but not enough to buy it. They're fun games every now and then, but first-person shooters usually aren't my thing.

CoDs campaigns tend to be pretty good, except MW3 which sucked, what i liked most about CoD MW2 and MW were all the covert sniping missions and trying not to get caught,

Seems like an interesting game. Might have to give it a try, all the other Modern Warfares went pretty well.

Just because they have the same format, First-Person Shooter, doesn't mean they're the same.

It was a figure of speech. Sorry. I know it didn't come off like that. I was just saying that spending 60 bucks on a new CoD ever year that Activision just slapped together, sounds like a waste of money to me. Another thing is that ALL my friends are super into it, so I'm annoyed by CoD now.

Yeah, Black Ops 2 was a bit of a fail in my opinion, there hasn't been much to spice up the game, so there's no wonder why it seems so repetitive.

They are going to screw this game up just like they did with every game since World at War, yet they are still going to have great sales thanks to the fact that their army of mindless drones will waste that money and not hesitate about it.

The campaign for black ops 2 is awesome, but I wish they included stuff like the invisible suits In the multiplayer. That would've been fucking awesome! Oh and that hand attached grenade launcher

If I spend $60 on the game I wouldn't really care, it was only $60 and I could just sell it on eBay for $40 or something.

I used to like CoD. But after World at War, I feel like they all have gone down hill and it's the same thing over and over again.

Not buying it, mostly same stuff repeating. I am bored of campaigns, I like good multiplayer games, so I am not gonna buy it.

They need to go back to WW2 games..World At War was the BEST Call of Duty game ever created, hands down. Campaign was ownage, made me feel like I was actually fighting through the jungles of the Pacific or the streets of Berlin. In multiplayer you actually needed teamwork to win, not one guy going 75 and 2. You also didnt have a bunch of 9 year old quickscopers who are trying to get a montage for there garbage ass Youtube channels. Back in World At War, you had 2 or 3 people with a Rifle, 2 or 3 with a SMG, 1 guy with a MG, and 1 sniper. Now, its a shit ton of snipers on one team in the current CoD's...Just trash If they re-did World at war it'd be the best game ever...
Best CoD's:
1. World At War
2.Cod4
3.MW2
4.BO1
5.BO2
3. MW3

If it's like MW3, Fuck no. I wouldn't own it for free; Campaign was fucking terrible (and if you say not, I think you should actually look back a little bit)
If it's like MW2, fuck yeah. Awesome campaign, impressed with it.
If it's something new... Cool.

You apparently seem to have trouble handling an opinion other than you're own.

I don't really care. Seems cool I wouldn't spend my own money on it though.

That's the problem I had with the PC version. Granted, I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition, which was 80 dollars when the value was easily only 65 or 70. Paying full retail physical price for a digital download is fucking insane and it needs to stop. Unfortunately, too many people will shell out part of their paychecks towards this new game and all of the uber special ultra deluxe editions that come with it along with a 40 or 50 dollar Season Pass just to get a few map packs every two months.

No. No they did not. The first Modern Warfare, sure. But the second and third? Pretty much rehash of the first one. "What if" story telling was never what franchises like Call of Duty or Battlefield were built on. They were built on historically accurate wars. If anything, having "what if" story telling is killing what the franchise meant to people like me.
Just because they have the same format, First-Person Shooter, doesn't mean they're the same.
Clearly you don't know the CoD formula. USA/UK good, Russia/Iran/Whatever other country with brown people bad. It's the same run-and-gun tactic, there's no real flavor to the singleplayer, the campaign can be finished in a six hour sitting even on the hardest difficulty, and they're most likely going to be reusing the same physics and graphics engine. Trust me, this is done over by many modern FPS games, Call of Duty is just not the only one. Look at the last Medal of Honor and Battlefield 3. I enjoyed Battlefield 3, but come on, shooting brown people and white guys with weird accents gets old after a while.

You ever play Modern Warfare 1? The story telling and complete revamp it gave were amazing. By today's standards, not so much, but it was still great. Could it it have benefited more if it were a bit more coherent and not used as a stepping stone to the same product every year? Definitely. But it did offer something new to the table of FPS games just like Quake and Doom did in the 90s.

A fact doesn't equal an opinion. Just because you thought the second and third were bad doesn't mean I did. I actually quite enjoyed them, and had pleasure in playing them. To be honest, the country doesn't really matter to me, because I'm still aware I'm playing a game rather than watching a history documentary about it. And I don't have an opinion on Battlefield since I've never played it.

I stopped playing CoD since World at War. Just the same crap repeating. Not worth the money, since here in Serbia, you can get dressed with new clothes for 90 dollars, which would be the price of that deluxe shit pack. I would not take it on a free giveaway either, not worth the space it takes.

Not really screwing it up, just sticking with the same thing each time. WoW was the last CoD game to me, because it was fuking awesome, duh. it get's bad when 3 CoD games in a row have the same storyline, just putting that at there.
