Yeah is called chaffing... But if your really active it might be a rash called jock itch. You can tell if your balls smell when you have the rash. If its jock itch most pharmacies, like Walmart, will carry cream specifically jock itch

I have had - just doing lots of sports and horse riding - getting sweaty
