Im 15, but when I was 14 my penis was about 6-6.5" (it's grown about an inch and a half over the year, this was measured when I was close to 15, when I first measured), my balls were still rather large, I had plenty of pubes (black). The general area around there was generally darker, but it's been proven that the genitalia of males are slightly darker than the rest of the body, no idea why but that's what theyve said.
