My lats and abs are killing me after working yesterday. It hurts to bend over.

What's your favorite way to reduce soreness?

Some good old Deep Heat spray and stretches

I love the pain, it's a weird pleasure for me. Ronnie Coleman once said something along.the lines of "most people hate pain, where as I love pain, without the pain the muscle isnt fatigued therefore won't grow, growing is what I want and therefore to me pain is pleasure" so yeah don't shy away from the pain

Haha I agree, feeling sore the next day after hard work is a good feeling.

After football conditioning we usually use Ice baths to reduce the soreness. It's legit ice water

i use either a hot pack or an ice soak and time :)

Stretching and warm-down is the best way to not get as sore the next day. Just endure it. Eat Ice Cream if it makes you feel better (It'll help motivate you to get back in the gym) :bigsmile:
