Don't worry. I was in the same position. I thought I was steeled for his death, but you're never prepared. You know he hasn't got much time, try and see him as much as you can. Talk to your friends. They'll sympathise. Talk to a trusted teacher, even, just talk to someone about it. Make him feel loved in the sparing time he has left on earth.
