13 is a strange age as a lot of people can just be starting out and others can be more developed. Id say it cand anywhere between 2 & 6 inches!

Yeah John's got it right. It's hard to judge what is 'right' for any age because of how different and varied any two people could be. Some people grow in size first, some grow hair first, and others have their voice break first. Some people start when they are 11, others not til they are 15.

If you are both 13, don't worry about having a 'normal' size, because there is no normal at that age. You have plenty of time to grow if yours is "small" and you may already be done if its "large" or anything in between. :)

There is a wide range for "normal" for a 13 year old in puberty it's prob about 4.5 to 6.5! I'm 13 and in the middle of a penis growth spirt, I'm 6 inches when hard

it probably isnt bullshit dude. i know it sounds big for 13 but people 1. grow faster or grow earlier or 2. just genetically have a large penis.

wheni have yearly physical checks the doctor gives me info on my parents aswell and it shows my mum and dads medical history and on my dads info it shows penis size and he is around 10" and i am 8.5" * its in the genes * and the doctor said youu will grow an inch or even more because of genetics. but i could just stay the same as i have been 8.5" for a few months with no more growth. im very happy.
