Some tips for flirting?

I realized that all my puberty problems(for now), are about girls. But,I'd rather want some other problems. So, as I said in my last post, there are some guys who are girls' favorites. They follow them and always talk to them. Today, about 6 of them stood around one guy and played a game with him. I want they to like me. I think I'm too nice and I want to flirt with girls and make them like me. What should I do? Do I need to talk to them and how? Some advices,maybe?
