Exam results do decide what job you will be able to get. Society will always need something to gauge people, and exams are the best way to do that.

How does he propose to do that? Oh yeah. Sorry, he just criticises.

Also, I clicked on another video - Why I hate school but love education. He just cherry-picks. It's absolutely disgusting. He makes it out as if EVERYONE is a Steve Jobs, Bill Gates etc. That is almost certainly going to destroy lives.
