Okay I used to eat ALL the time. And I've gotten huge...I'm 14, 6'1 and 300 fucking pounds. I feel so fat, and people tell me about it every day, and thats ALL they make fun of me for. Even my mom says stuff like "Don't you want to lose weight for the summer?" The only person that says nothing about it is my beautiful girlfriend. I love her more than life itself and it would devastate me if she ever thought of me as fat, but back to topic. I've recently started to eat less and less. I skip breakfast and lunch. For dinner I usually eat, but as my parents are going through money problems I just have a few snacks. No matter how much food I stop eating I look and feel the exact same. I don't weigh myself anymore because it makes me so sad.. Ugh..I just want to know how to be perfect and lose weight, but without exercise, I'm complete shit at that. Please help..

Weight loss is a slow process. And I'm sorry to say it not all there is to it. Skipping meals actually slows down your metabolism. My heart goes out to you

Skipping meals is the wrong way to go about weight loss, buddy. You'll lose weight slower, and put it back on way more easily. The best way to diet is to eat several small portions of food throughout the day, as well as lots of water. It's also really important to exercise as well as diet - even if it's just a walk around the neighbourhood.

As for overeating, it's a good idea to keep some form of food diary to document what you eat and how much you eat. Try to listen to your stomach rather than your brain. If your stomach's saying that you're hungry, you eat. If your mind is telling you that it wants to eat, you might just be bored and your mind wants you to eat to keep yourself occupied. If your stomach feels full, but your brain wants you to keep eating, listen to your stomach.

Dont skip eating meals.. try to eat less and work out.. being overweight is not good for your body. It is also not good to not eat.

Man I know the feeling of helplessness. I'm 6' 2'' and weigh almost 330 lbs. I used to try and lose weight but I've just given up.

Don't skip meals though, just eat less and better foods. I've read enough weight loss books to know that much.

as everyone has been saying don't skip meals. try to phase out processed foods (think anything with ingredients you don't recognize like carboxylmethylcelulose) eat foods as close to their natural state as you can. i'm not saying everything, but when you can. like fruits vegetables, nuts, lean protein like poultry and fish, go easy on starches. don't eliminate them completely unless you want to be tired but do not think you need 6-11 servings of bread a day.
don't do it all at once. try to just make healthy substitutions like water instead of soda, or if that's too far, sub in seltzer water and add a squeeze of lemon.
don't start using artificial sweeteners en mass. if you need them then use them, but know that they can cause bloating and headaches. all the speculation around them causing weight gain is sketchy, but i can verify the headaches and bloating part.

weightloss is more than all this. and for it to be permanent the changes must be as well. granted eating healthy may be hard for you financially, but there's always and better option. don't add sugar to your coffee, use less butter have smaller portions more often if that works for you.
you're not alone. love
