Hi,guys!

I am in love with my best friend. She and I are at the end of the 6th grade.I'm 13 and she is 12.But,we are in puberty for a long time. So,don't say I'm young and to don't hurry.I love her,but both of us have a friend(a guy). She loves him,as many girls in our class do.E.g. Today he and about 5 girls played that he is an emperor and they are his servants. They liked that. And him. Why?Next,my best friend always keeps a seat for him.She looks at other guys, except me.Sometimes she smiles to me,when something is very funny, but I can't say that she respects me.She laughs at my fails and yells.I want her to know that I'm in love, but how can I say that(or show it,better)? How could I get respect from the other students in the class, because I've always been a nice guy. And,how should I make girls to like me?I always dressed cool,as now but they like when guy make them laugh.Help me! You are my last hope!

So you're up against a ladies man. Have you just tried striking up a conversation and just saying how you feel?

Tell her how you feel.

And puberty isn't everything. It isn't just the body maturing, but the mind that determines whether you can both be in a good relationship.

Personally, I don't think you understand the concept of love at 13. But hey.

The reason girls don't seem to notice you being a "nice guy" is because the way humans work, they like things that can help them. For example, if a girl had say... 5 different guys talking to her, and all of them were very nice, however one was also funny, which would she pick? The humorous guy, since she has something to gain from it.

So my point is, try to do more than just be nice. Maybe try to help others out with schoolwork, advice, etc.
