Man Problems

Hey guys,
Im not sure if this is the right thread for this (Im sorry if its not) but I need some help pretty quickly.

I got two problems:
1) My best friend has lately been annoying me soooo much because of how he acts around my crush and her sister, he basically turns into a baby and Im not joking hes impossible to talk to. He mimics what they say in stupid as sh** voice and just goes on with himself. He hits me as a joke when they are around but he doesn't know when to stop, so I just walk away. I floored him the other week but I suppose he didn't get the message. Anyway, whats really annoying me is how he acts to my crush. Hes ALL OVER HER. ALL THE TIME. Now I can't say to her that it's annoying me, because she'll tell him then it'll probably be it for me and my friend. (By the way, around anyone else he's the best friend anyone could have). It's been going on like this since before christmas, and today it's all just caught up on me and annoyed me so much! Advice?

2) There's a girl that's a year lower than me but moved school last year. Im pretty sure she has some major crush on me because of the way she's been talking to me recently. It's all the lovey-dovey and attention seeking stuff like "I'm no good" "You're special but Im not" and has just asked to meet me. Thing is, she went out with my younger brother and now they hate each other, and I've never spoke to her before now so yeah it's kinda awkward. What do I say?

I have one of those awkward/annoying crush situations. This freshman girl wont leave me alone, she actually thinks she can still win me over after I tell her that I don't like her and I don't want a relationship. She's been rejected a lot before and I can see why, I felt bad about it for a while. But she's just not my type of girl (she's exactly like the one you described, but more depressed), so I just ignore her completely. Frikkin' annoying, man. Why can't a cool girl show those kind of feelings towards me? Oh well, time will tell.

tl;dr - 2) Tell her no, and if that doesn't work, ignore her.

I hate it when friends do that, act like a jerk around other people but act like a brother when it's just the two of you. I would confront him about it and tell him that it's really annoying you. If he's a true friend, he'll understand.

As for the next part, I don't think you want to be in a relationship with someone that acts like that, those attention relationships don't last long at all.
