Ok, I'm not sure if this is the right place, so *sorrrry* if it isn't.
So I took a big step today. Onto a weighing scales. Trust me, I'm absolutely terrified of scales. I do just be so scared of what'll come up. So yes, big step onto small scales. It said 9 stone 13 pounds, which is about 57kg. I'm thirteen, and I'm about 5 foot tall. Would this be overweight?
To be honest, it was better than I thought it would be. I feel better already. :)

A 13 year and 6 months old (female) child
who is 139 pounds
and is 5 feet tall has
a body mass index of 27.2,
which is at the 95th percentile,
and would indicate that your child is at risk of becoming overweight.
All I can say is eat healthily and try to exercise regularly. It's said that we should be doing at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Just little things like walking to the shops (if they're near) instead of taking a car or if you find yourself doing nothing and bored, go for a run or to the park. You don't have to have a massive lifestyle change, you don't actually have to do anything if you don't want to but I'm just saying that it's good for you and it will help you get fit as well.

It's overweight, but not obese. If you're 5 foot 5 inches you should weigh about 125 lb, while you weigh 125 lb. at 5 foot. If you weighed around 110-115 lb that wouldn't hurt.

I agree what's said here,
You are overweight but you can easily change that, instead of 30 min a day aim for 60 minutes,
Eat less sugary stuff and watch the lbs drop, also never overindulge eat slower and drink a lot of water

Thanks. I already walk home from school every day, and go for a walk most nights with my family. Generally, there isn't much unhealthy food in our house. So thanks :)

According to the BMI scale, (which is just a guideline), your number is 24.5, which is a little under the guideline for being overweight. Still, technically, you are of normal weight. So I wouldn't be worried.

Here's a BMI(Body Mass Indicator). It'll basically tell you generally if you are overweight or not. But it's not 100% accurate, remember that.

I wouldn't worry much! Just keep eating healthy and walking :)
You're thirteen and 5 feet tall...unless your family is very short, you're likely going to grow a few more inches. If that's true, you might have gained a bit of weight before you got taller just as part of the growth cycle, and your height might "catch up" with your weight when you get a little taller. So don't worry! :)

You're actually at a good weight for your height and age. Like a lot of the others have said, just eat healthy and try to exercise. Don't worry about your weight too much though, it's just a number. There are worse things. :) xx
