Im 15years old and my penis is 1,6' in flat and 2,4' in hard and i have some pubic hair and i cant puul my foreskin back is this normal?

Its normal but if pulling your foreskin back is still a problem when ur 18 (or around that age) I would recommend you see a doctor about maybe being circumcised
