How do I post a picture like this?

You need to upload the pictures you want to use to a website that hosts pictures (such as Photobucket). Then take the URL of that picture and then put the tags around it. Then put that into the textbox of the thread you want to post the picture in.

You can also add it as an attachment and put it inline the post
