Hi!
I'm quite desperate when I look at the well muscled bodies of guys of the same age...
How do they get those muscles... I want to gain some too!
... six pack, biceps...

Diet is the most important thing, without it the exercise you do is pointless.
You need to have both a good, balanced diet (drinking litres of protein shake isn't good for you) and have a proper workout routine if you want to really go for it.
Otherwise, go to the gym once and week and just make sure you're eating healthy and you should gradually get there :)

biceps are quite easy to obtain, all you have to do is simple hammer curls with your wrists either pointed inward or out directly in front of you. That will definitely increase the mass of your biceps. Now if you want very defined biceps, that require different types of bicep workouts... some work the inner bicep, some work outer bicep, some a mix of both.
As far as abs, diet to a proper weight first (not too skinny) and then start doing a rigorous ab workout. I know the "Insanity" workout and P0X have been great for my friends

You will look fucking ridiculous if you only train your abs and biceps! You need a well rounded workout and a good solid diet, I'm not going to sit and list every exercise you acan do as I'd be here all year, go on bodybuilding.com for a decent workout plan and nutrition advice. I wouldn't say VT is the best place for these questions as most of the people that answer are clueless. If you want a workout and diet plan made ffeel free to PM me with your height, weight, a rough idea of bf% etc and I could sort one out.

Well yeah like the user above, you need to do all around workout! And also make sure your diet is in good shape too! And you need to make everything consistent if you want the results! Going into a sport helps a lot btw! Because whatever you do, you'll be workingout a lot!
