I think its just a puberty thing - till everything gets working together sort of.

But yes I can ejaculate - clean up - pee and then a bit later I get some pre cum again - its ok nothing wrong.

I also get a bit of pre cum soft or hard without jerking maybe just how things are like shorts rubbing a bit - often athletic shorts with the mesh brief -
or if going commando - not by choice for me but it happens

I think everybody does. Just because your body ejaculates it wont stop producing seminal fluid. As your body will still remain sexually ready for a while after you've ejaculated it will be some 'spare' seminal fluid making its way out (so to speak).

I think everyone gets "post-cum" after ejaculating. Its like when you turn off a hose, theres still a bit of water left over in it. Same thing for the penis after an ejaculation.
