It's normal, and it's called gynecomastia. If you want to be sure go to your doctor, but it's very rare for a male to get breast cancer.

if you mean that you are showing slight breast development, then don't worry. this is normal and is due to hormone imbalances during puberty. they will probably go away in time. if you are refering to a lump thats not like that, then you should probably see a doc, just to be on the safe side.

Sounds like "nipple rocks" to me. Completely normal especially if you are skinny

Bobby, gynecomastatia is NOT a normal thing that happens to boys, nor does it sound anything like what the guy described, so please actually put some thought into what you post in future, as you don't want to make anyone panic and think they have a medical condition that they don't have.

Sounds like blocked ducts or sweat glands, if they don't go down in a week or so, see your doctor just to be sure. :)
