hey guys and girls, i have i swim twice daily, go for runs, and box. i have a clean cut sixpack, but if i take even a week off trainings, in like the holidays, my sixpack goes away completely :O and they take like 3 weeks of training to get back :/
do you have a 6pack?
what do you do to keep it?
how quickly can it go away?
remember having abs if your skinny is like having big boobs if your fat :P

You could do every morning 2 sets of 20-30 push ups and Horizontal bar if you have one at your home,about 2 sets of 10.I think with this you should be fine ;)

Thanks for bringing that up... a lot of guys have this misconception that a 6-pack is ALL you need to attract girls.. It's more.. A LOT more than having a great body lol

During wrestling season, I have an 8 pack, as well as currently because I've been lifting everyday, but when I'm not doing anything (summer/fall) I have a regular 6 pack. It doesn't go away, and it's almost impossible for me to get fat. Good genes I guess.

Well it depends on the girl. I wouldn't want a girl who is ONLY interested in me becus of my 6-pack. On the contrary, i wouldn't go for a girl simply becus she has a nice body. But you are right, there are girls like that.

I'm not saying that it's just based on your abs, but a 6-pack is sort of like that extra incentive for a girl. It's like seeing a girl with curves or big boobs or a nice ass, those are the usual type of girls guys chase. You'll obviously be a bit more attracted to the girl with those features then a girl without. Same thing with abs

how quickly can it go away? Fast. Especially if I do not watch my eating. It sucks.
