No. Not at all. It's never okay to touch a girl inappropriately without her consent. If a girl says stop, no matter what, stop.

Personally, I don't like the attention, so unless I was in a relationship with someone I trusted enough and really cared about enough, I wouldn't want anyone touching me that way.
