right forearm 13 all medium deep, I really had to restrain myself I'd forgotten how easy it was to cut deep on your arms. I'm a nervous wreck right now because I want to cut my wrist and I want to cut deeper too to just let loose but I'm afraid that I might go too far.

In my opinion if u do that you have very serious problems.You should go to a psychologist.

another point is that God gave you your life, you cant do such things! you have to think in people that are worst than you and see what things you have (family, girlfriend, friends,a place to live,etc)not what you dont have.you will always find somebody that is in a worst situation that yours...Be happy and be grateful of what you have

Well, I haven't been keeping up so I think I'll cover the last month...

Twelve, right leg, some lyrics etched into both thighs, heart on my shoulder, star on my hand, nine on my left arm, three on my left wrist.

Then today I have five on my left arm, most my usual moderate and then one was slightly deeper. See, this new psychologist is horrible. She proposed safeguarding the entire house. To me, that would be counterproductive because this is how I (unhealthily) escape suicide. So I'm fighting it. I just wouldn't do it so suddenly, that's the goal eventually, but it takes time, and they can't change a person who doesn't want to change... *sigh*

Fuck, I don't know t least fifty on my right arm most are shallow but a few aren't. I don't know what happened I was so happy earlier.
EDIT: Stabbed myself about 20 times with a crafting knife. Not the best start ever.

RE-EDIT: I spent about two hours self harming last night when I logged off of here, the cuts I have are pretty much innumerable and they're in no one place. All at varying depths. I tried to stop quite a few times but the feeling of needing to cut just kept coming back. I know I fucked up.
