Become more active.
at school during recess play and run alot more, get into sports, jog.
at night do 10 push ups and 20 sit ups
buy a jumprope and when your home just jumprope till you cant jump no more.
in order to do these things you need energy so junk foods and candy is not going to cut it. eat fruits and veggies and dont go to much on food. eat three times a day and if your hungry, eat healthy snacks like protein bars.
dont lift weights wait till youre 16.

Eat healthy, cut back junk food and sugary drinks, and be more active. Your body stores excess energy as fat, but it uses what you take in by eating first, so the thing you need to do is to burn more energy than you take in. I'm not suggesting that you starve yourself, just eat healthy moderate portions of food and exercise more to burn what you have in storage.

Start with the basics, eat healthy and cut down on Junk food and fast food. Another basic thing is to cut down on portions and dont eat every hour. Eating healthy doesnt mean drinking some green slime organic drink, find a fruit you like. Me personally I start off the day with a strawberry/banana shake or some yogurt, even a bowl of cereal(Not sugary cereal, try something like Special K). School lunch is disgusting, so I usually bring along a granola bar. Get active, exercise doesnt mean going to a gym or some fitness club, it can be a stroll around the neighborhood or a game of soccer or basketball for me. Also, with puberty you are going to get taller so your weight wont be that noticeable. Im 5'11-6 feet and im around 160-170 and my weight isnt noticeable, people are pretty shocked when I say I weigh close to 200.

Swim, swim, swim! Pool should be opening soon as summer is approaching. Swim 30-45 minutes a day, avoid empty calories, and you'll see pounds start to fall off and lean muscle tone.

And as others have said, you need to look into a healthier lifestyle in order to change things. Exercise (jog around the block, treadmill, swimming, pushups here and there, etc...) on a regular basis throughout the week. Avoid constant snacking, and you're going to have something to eat, make sure that it's relatively healthy. At your age, "dieting" isn't really something I'd look into unless you need to for a medial reason. Rather, keep track of what you eat, and make sure that it's actually healthy.
Losing weight doesn't mean going to the gym for hours on end or bench pressing hundreds of pounds. It just means you need to find a healthier way to be active, rather than simply sitting around. Of course, what's mentioned above isn't going to get you a toned, muscular body and a six pack, but if that's something you ever stride for, you need to start somewhere, right?

Exercise and property diet is the key to a healthier body and you could do at by following workout routine and nutrition guide given by a personal fitness trainer.

I'll just post something someone hasn't already said, as just saying what everyone else has been saying. If you love getting seconds+ for any meal, time to make that less. Try to get it to one, but if you are really that hungry then you should just take half of what you had last time.
