Ok, my name is Kev and I'm 13. I'm 100% positive I'm gay. There is this guy I'm friends with. He is really touchy feely and talks about his dick a lot. I think he's gay and I want to come out to him. But he has a girlfriend (eho he never talkes ro or about). Everyone keeps telling me to just come out and talk to him but i cant cuz...

ask him if he's gay or bi first. make sure you don't ask him offensively or it may ruin your friendship

Yes, take it slow at first. To just come straight out "I'm gay" may be too much. Start off informally by asking him what he thinks on the subject as a whole.

In my experience, having a girlfriend does not necessarily mean you're straight. A lot of gay guys date girls earlier on because they think it's something that they can overcome or repress down. I used to date girls because it was "the right thing to do" and I know a number of guys who did the same.

If you want to find out if he's gay, maybe just confide in him as a friend and come out to him yourself. If he's gay, bi, questioning or whatever else he may be, then he'll likely come out to you too. If he's not gay, then hopefully he'll be a supporting friend to you and won't out you to anybody. Do you think he's a trustworthy person? Would you trust him with this secret of yours?
