I don't see anything wrong with it. I have gone to nudist beach and loved it. There is nothing like walking around without clothes. Swimming in the water with nothing is one of the best feelings.

My biggest concern was getting sun burnt, so I didn't stay long. I was nervous at first, but thought everyone else is naked, what's one more :P

But seriously. Whatever they want to do. I personally wouldn't become a nudist but I sort of want to go to a nude beach. Not for any sexual reason, but because it would be nice to not have to wear a swimsuit and have the water on your skin.

I started to go to the sauna last winter and I love it. To be nude around others doesn't bother me anymore so I'd take the chance to try out a nude beach or anything.
Doesn't mean I'd rather run around stark naked all the time lol

Not really. I'd never go naked in public. But if people are in colonies, that's up to them.

Here in Portland, there's this naked bike ride every year! Just down the streets of downtown Portland! 8000 people were in it this year. I don't understand why the police didn't arrest some of them for indecent exposure. They need to crack down on it; it's fine to be nude on private property, but not on urban streets!

I personally would not go to a nude beach or be a nudist, but if you're secure in your body and you feel comfortable doing it, more power to you. Just keep it to the places where it's acceptable.

I dont have a large problem with it as long as people arent doing it on places that are not designated to be nudist.
However, it is unpleasant when you're walking in Cannes and look down at the beach and see some old 65 year old woman tanning in her birthday suit ;)

What I'm saying is in the US they'res lots of states, like Oregon that won't sell you the land as a matter of policy. The beaches are sort of giant parks.

I was raised to be really modest so I'm not really comfortable being naked in front of someone I don't know unless it's on the bedroom. ;)

But I find it really empowering to be naked and alone in nature. Lying on the grass or wandering through the woods at the bottom of my land naked is a fantastic thing to do occasionally in the summer. I'd love to go to a nudist beach when it's empty sometime, to lie on the sand and swim in the sea naked. I wouldn't really mind going to a nudist place, beach or colony, because everyone there is naked, so no one would be looking at you.

I know the Olympics in Atlanta was a disaster, with the terrorism and such, but Brazil might be worse with all the crime.

I think so, extremely violent crimes as well but its really expensive to host an Olympics, so Brazil will be struggling to pay for it anyway so I doubt they will be able to afford secure it

Jack, they already have. Heck, I think they'll be determining the location of the 2020 Olympics soon! These take so long to plan and build.

So if Brazil isn't ready, there will be no Olympics, or a very badly run Olympics at most.

It's kinda neat because Nike's world HQ is just a few miles from my house, I'll see quite a few Nike- sponsored Olympians out running. Once I saw the silver medalist in the 5k and 10k (I think). Fastest distance runner in the western hemisphere. I got his autograph :)

I love being naked when I'm on my own but that doesn't make be a nudist or naturist. I don't plan to become one either. Some say that if Adam and Eve didn't eat the apple we'd be naked anyway but that's not the way God intended it. So no nudism is not as good as some say

Being nude at the beach is kinda risky. You don't want to get sunburns in certain areas.

I think nudism is a good thing as long as it is looked at as a non sexual thing. If nudism is considered sexual then It isn't good. I would love to be a nudist but it would make me look bad here where I live.

I hope you get to a beach someday. there isn't much better than swimming in the ocean nude. and feeling the warm sun on every part of your body is nice too.

I'm not a nudist, but I'm not against it. It's just not something my parents are interested in, and I haven't been brought up that way. I'm always in sweats or shorts and a tanktop or something, and my brothers, when leaving their rooms, are required to at least be wearing boxers.

As for nude beaches. I've been to several partially nude beaches, and I think that they're great.
