It's best when you're both physically and mentally ready. Sure sex is great, but it can cause a lot of emotional trauma. I lost mine at 14 and the rest of that night was awful. Both of us were just weeping for the rest of the night and didn't know why.

Lawfully you should be 16 in lots of places like the UK... truthfully I only know literally like 2 people who did it underage. But they used extra contraception and things...

Virginity*
My friend lost her virginity at age 14. She has no regrets.
I know others who have lost it and are age 13.
IMO I don't care.

nope, I couldn't find it...

Same here. It was on my 14th birthday party. When we started, I was 13, and when we were done, I was 14. I was born at like 11 PM.

I think it is very much a shared experience; so make sure you are both emotionally and physically ready for it, and you are also safe and know the consequences. My very minimum age for having sex would be 15 personally. Hope I answered your question :)

Everyone is different so it doesn't matter. Some do it in their early teens while some wait until late into their twenties.

Yeah, I am 13 and have not lost mine. Nor have I had a girlfriend, therefore I really couldn't have.

It's possible that in your area that it may be known to happen then due to prom and perhaps homecoming. Yet -- I'm certain it's known to happen to younger people and maybe you're out of the loop or they aren't that open about it. My mom got pregnant at 13 [1994] and she kept him. As stated -- you should be physically -- mentally -- and perhaps financially [condoms or birth control -- pregnancy tests -- lubrication -- perhaps doctor visits] ready to share such a precious moment with the opposite sex.

Lawfully you should be 16 in lots of places like the UK... truthfully I only know literally like 2 people who did it underage. But they used extra contraception and things...

I'm not sure on the UK's laws but to my knowledge especially in the United States what you're referring to is the Age of Consent. Condoms and birth control are NOT restricted to people below the Age of Consent. But -- abortions and Emergency Contraception may have some more regulations to teens younger than 16 or 17. There is NO teen sex police thus unless another law was broken with 2 teens below the Age of Consent -- I doubt it'd be an issue. I suspect that the Age of Consent is there to protect teens from having sex with teens 3+ years older or even adults.

Everyone is different so it doesn't matter. Some do it in their early teens while some wait until late into their twenties.

Can't disagree.

I'm almost 14 and I know people who are about 17 or 18 who are still virgins, but I really don't think it matters. It surely doesn't to me
