So it was my first time having Chicken Liver Mousse Pâté and I thought it was so good! One thing about it, is that I couldn't have it in my mouth, cause then I'd think about what I'm actually eating. But I had it in my mouth long enough for me to enjoy the flavor. I also had escargot for the second Time, the first time I didn't like it but that's cause I was like 10 years old or so. This time I thought it was pretty good! Can't believe I had two unique foods all in one day (I had all this today).

I used to like chicken liver, but now I'm not attracted by it. Escargot, I do like. I dont always have it but maybe once a month as an appetizer. Some people may say that trying these types of food is weird, or disgusting, but they are living an uncultured life.

I wouldn't order chicken liver and pay for it at a restaurant but if its out at a party or something I would eat some. It's OK esp if it has hard boiled egg in it. I would never eat snails though. If I want snot I can pick my nose for cheaper :D

Huh?

I'm an extremely picky eater. I don't like most foods apparently (mainly non-Chinese >_>)

No, I don't know if I would or wouldn't try it. I probably would if it was done by a very very good chef.

Well, it is BBQ, so it isn't made by a very good chef. it is amazing. crunchy, but tender.

They both sound unappetizing.

The only thing I eat off of chickens is their arms and legs.

I love patés. And escargot is alright too :D Sometimes I don't like snails though, I had them a few years ago and loved them but the last time I disliked them. Maybe the garlic made them nicer first time.
