I hate seeing guys with 6-packs, it really really does my head in, they make me inssecure and make me feel bad about my own body, day in and day out I tell myself "I'm perfect the way I am" and all that stuff but it just makes me feel worse. I barely eat, I move around a lot, sometimes I go out to walk or jog and sometimes run and well I do enough of that plus PE on top of that and I've done it for weeks and nothing. I barely eat at all, I skip breakfast I have one snack, I have a sandwich and a drink for lunch usually and tea is also small. I feel like I should just starve myself to get rid of my stomach fat and all that stuff

From what I've ready (not done) but starving yourself is bad for losing fat. It seems counter-intuitive but you actually have to eat to lose fat...you have to be not too caloric deficient or your muscles just go away, not fat. It's about metabolism. :)

Anyway, you are who you are and don't compare yourself to others. Who cares about 6 pack anyway...what use is it really? I bet you're more "handsome" in other ways, like smart, etc. :)

Good luck!

I used to be quite overweight, and in the past year I started working out like crazy. I lost nearly 70lbs, and brought my total bodyfat percentage down to about 12%... and STILL I don't really have a visible 6-pack. When I started out, that was my goal, but now I realize that in order for an adult male to have super-defined abs, you need to get to a bodyfat percentage of at least 10% or lower; which I don't even think is that healthy for you anyway.

6-packs are overrated in my opinion; from your picture there you look like a skinny guy, at least not overweight by any means. Just don't starve yourself trying to get what you might think is an "ideal" body though; besides that being unhealthy for you, it actually PREVENTS the whole attaining of abs anyway! If you starve yourself, your body's metabolism can literally go into "starvation mode" and convert more of the food you eat into stored fat that it normally would, so you might actually end up getting a bit of a belly even though you prevent yourself from eating normally!

You don't have anything to worry about, most guys your age with six-packs just have that due to genetics and not hard work, and they likely won't stay that way as they get older. Of course, if you ever want to get "bigger" (i.e. lift weights) you have your whole life ahead of you - and its not a competition to see who can lift the most or who has the most "shredded abs". You're fine just the way you are.
