I just got woken up at 4 because of something scaring the shit out of me. I'm laying here crying because I dreamt one of my friends committed suicide last night and she won't be at school today or ever. All I could hear was her voice and the memory of her talking then my friend next to me going "she better be here." But this seriously better not be happening, I know if it does I will feel like its all on me and how much I'll miss having her right there, the one person who I had something in common with and could talk about anxiety and other stuff with because she is going through it too. I just really hope my dreams aren't telling me the truth and that when I walk-in that door 3.5 hours from now I hope someone's not going she really did pass.

Do not worry...according to our holy book we have three types of dreams....Truth dreams...Simple effective dreams and not really right dreams.
Truth dream will only happen if you were a person who has a kind of special connection with god or something immortal, effective dreams will happen if you have a simple day and simple events and are not really right but better to do something for prevent...not really right dreams will happen if you have done a lot of sins before your dreaming and are false...
According to your dream,it must be a simple effective dream,do not worry nobody is going to die but you can tell your friend about it and warn her or him if you really feel worried...

Aw, that's a really shitty dream. Luckily enough though, it was just that; a dream. My older brother (he's 27) once woke up nearly crying because he had a really vivid dream that he killed me and buried me in the back garden. I'm still here, so ya know. It's all good, everything will be fine and normal. I'm sorry about the terrible dream though.

Don't worry, it is just a dream. :) Rarely do things actually happen (unless you know they will, it is obvious, or a coincidence).
Is it the thought of it happening or the actual dream that is making you nervous?

Kind of both. I don't want anything to happen to her and I really didn't know if she was going to be at school. Luckily she was and a lot happier than the dream, but since the dream this morning I haven't stopped thinking about it(and other dreams kind of like it bringing back a lot of bad memories) and until the end of the school day I was way worried she wasn't going to be other.

Is she a suicidal person? Does she have a lot of troubles?

Yes. Its like how I am most of the time, when you're okay to go the day but when you're really low it like stfu and leave me the hell alone kind of thing.

Dreams are very interesting.
People have theorized that the purpose of dreams is to test your brain's reactions to certain situations.
Nightmares like this occur to help strengthen your brain's ability to handle stressful situations.
Because you had this experience, you have now become a little stronger. You and your friend will both be ok.
And yes, it was a total douchebag move for your subconscious to dream up that situation.
I thought it would help make you feel more comfortable if you knew a little bit about it.
Have you told anyone else, such as the friend themself?

Not yet. I wanted to when I happened but I was in such a bad mood that I couldn't or ruin their good mood, also today was the day of silence. I did tell a friend between we have in common though.
