My mum won't fucking leave me alone. She pushes and pushes and when I fight back she gets overly pissy.

My mum arrived home earlier than usual saying that I had to go to some 'family therapy' CAMHS bullshit and needless to say, I refused. She started yelling and I threw the phone at the wall out of frustration and anger. I stormed in to my room and slammed the door, they kept trying to push their way back in. I let them open the door and I pushed my mum out. Don't get me wrong I wasn't beating hero rantyhing but I fought back against her. she walked out with my gran saying that she was going to call the police. I burnt up my arm.

that's happened more than once recently, and the last time it happened I was served with two police orders, one protecting my mum and the other protecting my sister. THEY FUCKING ATTACKED ME AND I CALLED THE POLICE.

And now they called the police. Locko take a while to get here so I probably have a little less than half an hour, give or take, until they get here.
So this time when they get here there's no telling what will happen. Mum will without a doubt make out that I'm the epitome or evil of something.

Your moms a big B. She needs to get looked at herself before she calling on you. After this happening to me before(except i wasn't fighting until i was asked by my mom to call the police on "my dad") and from then on you how insane people can be. What happened with your sister? I hope everything's going okay.

Well honestly, I don't think you should have thrown a phone at the wall, I mean, destroying something out of violence accomplishes nothing. Apart from that, I think it was a really dick move for your mother to basically harass you and annoy you. She needs to understand that teenagers need time alone.

Maybe the Family Therapy thing was for the best, there's no harm in giving it a go. I had to do some Pheaonix Project rubbish thing and it actually helped a lot. It helped my anger issues at stress getting to me, and my mum's behavior improved too.

Anyway, I know that this has already happened, but in the future, you should sit down with your mum and explain to her what's going on. Better still, do what I did and write a letter and put it somewhere she'll see it before you leave the house, i.e. going to school etc.
