mystery man on rooftop at boston marathon bombing

i was on a news website and i saw this picture http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/technology/2013/04/mystery-man-on-the-roof-image-goes-viral-sparking-boston-marathon-chatter/ and im thinking to myself could that be the person that did this or was it an innocent bystander. tell me what you think. personally i think it was the person who did this

I think that is stupid. I mean, there were thousands of people around that marathon. Thousands. I mean, you poor guy walking on the roof doesn't instantly mean creepy bomb happy killer. It could be that guy I suppose, but it could just as easily be any of the other people there.

I think it's probably someone watching the marathon...aren't those chairs next to him? This is the middle of the city, people are on the roof all of the time...It could be the perp, but it seems unlikely to me. Even if it is the perp, we can tell next to nothing about him from this picture (though it does give a start if he can be tracked in other images).

Has anyone read, what is the building that he's on?

Edit: Is that a hotel he's on the roof of?

Dude was walking on the roof. Guess what! That's normal. Just because the camera couldn't capture his face doesn't mean he's a "mystery man associated with the bombing." It means he was there and on a roof. Simple as that.

Probably just a person in the wrong place at the wrong time. it looked like a small office building or apartment buliding and they usually have roof access, so its most likely just a janitor or something. besides the man looks very calm, hes not running on the roof tops, he's walking

It was took after the bombings, so the guy was probably near the top floors, heard a massive explosion and went to check

How can you tell? Do you have the software they have on CSI where someone types really fast and then the image just gets magically enhanced?
