I have been using subs for awhile now but I want to quit and it is so hard. I wanted to know if anyone who has quit using can tell me how they were able to quit.

I have never fully quit yet, but I have stopped using for a while, then ended up using again. Anyway how I stopped for at least a while was that over time I ended up just wanting to stop for myself, and for my own reasons. Mainly I realized that I was spending so much money and I could be making mad money if I didn't have to use that much drugs anymore. So I felt sick and went through the withdrawals and smoked a ton, and did a bunch of stuff to distract me like playing guitar and going out and doing things. Over time the shitty feeling from withdrawals went away and I wasnt thinking about using so much. But I ended up using again anyway a while after. I don't know if doing what I did would help for you, but thats what worked for me.
If you really think its a big problem thats out of your control, and you think you won't be able to quit with your own will power, then the easiest way would be signing up for a program, which will be expensive but it is worth it if being clean is what you really want.

try chewing gum, or finding some other alternative to smoking. Whether it be keeping yourself busy so you don't have time to smoke or an activity or something like that. Willpower is key though.
if that fails, try hypnotherapy.

I don't know how else I could help you. I said all I could in my first post. I'm actually doing worse too with drugs. Please PM me if you want to talk about it. It might be able to help you out just talking to someone going through the same things.
