How much time on average did y'all have between your first and second or third period? I know it takes time to get regular.

It was usually a month to two months between periods at first. I think I went one three month stretch or two, perhaps.

I had a friend that when she first started, had about 5 months, where every month it would be around the 4th, and then again on the 20th. It would last 5-6 days. Conversly, another friend of mine when she first started, had one, and then her cycle was every 48 days. That lasted for about 7 months for her, but eventually they started getting more and more regular for both girls.
I started mine at 13ish, and had 7 days straight, and then i skipped a month, then had 6 days, then went half a month, started another 6 days, and now i'm pretty much regular, every 24-28 days for around 4-6 days.

Well, from what i learned from health class. after the menarche ( a girl's first period) the ones following that are normally spread apart and at different times because the body is getting used to the change in hormones. after a while, the body balances out and the period begin to happen about every 28 days

I've never missed any periods but I will say it was 5 weeks from 1 to 2 and like 3.5 weeks from 2nd to 3rd. Typically, have them every 26-29 days...
