Is it someone you know? What sort of pics? If they can be sexual in nature, and you're not comfotable (and by the fact you're asking!), you shouldn't be too keen on sending them. Once sent, you have no control on where they go.

if you mean like nudie pics or sexual pics then if you send them you are sending child pornography which is a serious crime. suppose you get caught? it's not even if the other person shows them to people on purpose. in school a guy was texting in class and the teacher took his phone and she saw pics like that on it and reported it to the cops.

Don't do it. Tell him that it was very inappropriate to ask that and that if he wants to experiment, he should do it in real life. Nothing is private on the internet. It is illegal, and is child pornography. You and the other person can get into serious trouble.

Trading pics is a dumb move especially since whoever the person is can keep the photographs and possibly use them against you one day. As the folks mentioned above, you're also trading child pornography which is illegal. You'll end up really regretting pic trading, and there are threads around here from folks who ended up having problems for doing it.

Personally, I wouldn't continue to be friends with the person who is asking you for pics because he/she is probably a perv especially if he/she is older.

Hey man, it's up to you but at the end of the day do remeber it's your body and it could end up on the internet...... I take things slow and i build up the trust, also remember that people can send them around....

In my opinion, you shouldn't do it. Just be like thanks for asking but that's not something I wanna do. But if you do for some reason decide to do this, do NOT show your face in the pictures.

If it's of anything sexual, it's child pornography which is highly illegal for the distributer (you) and the reciever, (whoever's getting it.) Whatever you message over the internet stays in a file on that site for the rest of the sites existance. It's a bad idea. Trust me.

Since it's in this section, Im assuming it's sexual pictures. Let me put it simply- IT IS ILLEGAL. No other way to put it. ILLEGAL.
If, well, when, you get caught you will both be charged for multiple child pornography charges, and probably more besides. Although they're of yourself, you'll get charged with producing, possessing and distributing child pornography. The person who you send photo's to will get charged with receiving and possessing child pornography, and if they show someone they too will get done for distributing. Also, if the recipient is above 18 they could probably get charged for paedophilia and could be put on the sex offenders register. Altogether, it IS illegal and you WILL get charged, and so WILL they. For MULTIPLE charges.
The rules wont change either when you're 16, as the age of sexual consent may be 16, but the age to be in or produce pornography is 18.

If it's a face picture, I suppose that would be okay. But anything else like naked or sexual pictures....NO WAY. That's no bueno. Everything that the above poster said is true!
