I trying to delete some juunk emails but it won't let me and, aslo stuff like clicking on the smilies to my right won't show up i think its is something to do with the javascript.

I'm under the assumption that it's probably both within a Web Browser.

If so, What Browser (And Version) are you using? And, Have you tried other Browsers, and had the same problems?

Also, What Email Service is this?

Maybe Give us a Screenshot of one of the problems, IF it shows anything unusual.

Does it give any Noticeable Errors when it happens?

Javascript can be a pain when it comes to some tasks, can you view youtube alright? or does it say that you have it disabled? Because if you are sure that you have it enabled and you can't load youtube, then I would have to say that it could a virus similar to the one that I had a few weeks before. Some Good Antivirus Programs and Antispyware Programs to use are:
avast antivirus
AVG antispyware
Spybot Search and Destroy
Ad-Aware SE
noadware
